Lower Dolpo Circuit Trek

Lower Dolpo Circuit is the classic Lower Dolpo trek, which takes you through the Thuli Bheri River river all the way to Lasicap and following the Tarap Khola to Dho Tarap ‘a trade junction of Upper Dolpo’. Then after encountering two high passes Bagala and Numala lead to a great descent to magical and turquoise blue Phoksundo Lake and Ringmo Bon Village.

Lower Dolpo Exploring Trek

Lower Dolpo Exploring trek is the complete exploration of Lower Dolpo region. In this trek we explore the Lower valleys of Dolpo, where people’s life is rhythms with Shamanism and Hinduism. Lower Dolpo Featured Trek

Lower Dolpo Featured Trek is an extension of classic Lower Dolpo Circuit Trek with rarely visited Barbung area of Dolpo Nepal.

This trek is an interesting trek around the Lower Dolpo region of Dolpa. This trek offers the beautiful views of Lower Dolpo Khasan villages, Magar villages and Dolpo Pa hamlets. Following the Thuli Bheri river, all the way to Barbung valley is a wonderful trek. Beyond Barbung valley the trek leads to Dho Tarap crossing the Chan la pass. In Dho Tarap we visit some ancient Bon and Buddhist monasteries and we switch to the west of Dho Tarap traversing two high passes Bagala and Numala to stunning sacred Phoksundo Lake and Ringmo Bon village. Treading along the Suligad waterfalls and Suligad river the trek ends at Juphal

Lower Dolpo Jomsom Trek

Lower Dolpo Jomsom Trek is a very interesting trek of Dolpo region. It is an optional trek for those who don’t have enough time to Dolpo Jomsom Trek. In this trek, we follow the Lower Dolpo Featured Trek route up to Barbung valley and we enter to Mukot village one of the remote villages of Dolpo. Conquering Mu La pass and Jungbenla Pass along Sangda village this trip takes you in Kaligandaki valley of Mustang.

The magnificent views of Dhaulagiri massif, Mukot Himal, Nilgiri, Annapurna and Thorong pass and beautiful remote hamlets are rewards of this trek.

Lower Dolpo Beni Trek or Beni Dolpo Trek

Extension of reverse Lower Dolpo circuit trek from Tarakot one may head to Jang La pass along the Shahartara village and Samtiling village. Beyond the Jangla indulging few days in the wilderness, the trail leads to Dhorpatan region and connects all the way to Beni and Pokhara.
